Consent Authority: Federation Council

Federation Council being the consent authority has received a regionally significant development application. In accordance with Section 2.22 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 the application is on public exhibition from 17 June 2020 to 15 July 2020 inclusive.

Any person may inspect this application and accompanying documentation at the following Federation Council locations from now until 15 July 2020   during normal office hours:

• Corowa Civic Centre, 100 Edward Street, Corowa

• Mulwala Library & Council Office, 71 Melbourne Street, Mulwala

• Howlong Library, 59 Hawkins Street, Howlong

• Urana Council Offices, 30 William Street, Urana

Submissions will be received up to 5:00pm 15 July 2020. Where a submission is by way of an objection, the grounds of the objections are required to be specified in the submission.
