Compliance & Enforcement Policy

Councils updated Compliance & Enforcement Policy has been reviewed and endorsed by Council at its August Ordinary meeting for public exhibition.

The updated policy is being placed on public exhibition for a period of 28 days with a public submission period closing after 42 days.

Council is inviting residents to review the updated policy and provide any feedback by 5pm, Thursday 6 October 2022.  

The updated policy is available for viewing below or at any Council office. Anyone interested in providing feedback on the policy should do so in writing, addressed to the General Manager, PO Box 77, Corowa NSW 2646 or email to council@federationcouncil.nsw.gov.au
