Compliance & Enforcement Policy

Councils draft Compliance & Enforcement Policy has been reviewed and endorsed by Council at its February Ordinary meeting.

Council is involved in a broad range of compliance and enforcement matters.  This policy provides information about Council’s position on such matters and how Council will apply them in its local government area.

The draft policy is being placed on public exhibition for a period of 28 days.

Council is inviting residents to review the draft policy and provide any feedback by 5pm, Tuesday 26 March, 2019.  

The draft policy is available for viewing below or at any Council office. Anyone interested in providing feedback on the policy should do so in writing, addressed to the General Manager, PO Box 77, Corowa NSW 2646 or email to council@federationcouncil.nsw.gov.au
