Draft Related Party Disclosure Policy

At Council's August ordinary meeting, Council endorsed the draft Related Party Disclosure Policy for public exhibition for a period of 28 days.

The draft policy aims to assist Council in complying with disclosure requirements concerning key management personnel (includes Councillors), their close family members and entities controlled or jointly controlled by any of them stipulated under the Australian Accounting Standard AASB 124 Related Party Disclosures and the Australian implementation guidance for not-for-profit public sector entities (AASB 124).

Council is inviting residents to review the draft policy and provide any feedback by 5pm, Wednesday 2 October 2024.
