Unreasonable Complainant Conduct Policy

Councils draft Unreasonable Complainant Conduct Policy has been reviewed and endorsed by Council at it's May Ordinary Meeting.

This policy has been developed to provide our customers and staff with advice on how Council will manage unreasonable complainant conduct.

The draft policy is placed on public exhibition for a period of 28 days.
 
Council is inviting the community to review the draft policy and provide any feedback by 5pm Thursday 18 June, 2019. 
 
The draft policy is available for viewing below or at any Council office. Anyone interested in providing feedback on the policy should do so in writing, addressed to the General Manager, PO Box 77, Corowa NSW 2646 or email to council@federationcouncil.nsw.gov.au
