Federation Council takes the health, safety and wellbeing of our staff and contractors seriously.  In order to ensure those working on our sites remain safe, we require all contractors to complete our online declaration form below before contractors work on Council sites.

For entry to Council sites ALL contractors must adhere to the Government directed COVID-19 requirements to protect both the contractor and Council's staff.

A contractor required to come to any site must contact the site supervisor or person they are meeting with to provide details of time of arrival, site to be accessed and work to be completed.  All contractors must be inducted to the site and advised of Council's COVIDSafe procedures and requirements.

This COVID -9 Declaration Checklist Form must be completed by the contractor 24 hours prior to their arrival at any Federation Council site or facility and required to be re-completed every seven (7) days.
