Motorists are advised of changed traffic conditions on the Federation Bridge at Corowa on Friday 20 May to carry out routine maintenance inspections.

Routine maintenance inspections are carried out every two years to ensure bridges meet safety requirements. This involves investigating underneath each bridge with specialised equipment.

Work will be carried out from 7am to 5pm on Friday 20 May, weather permitting.

Traffic control, lane closures and a reduced speed limit of 40 km/h will be in place for the safety of workers and motorists.

Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.

Transport for NSW thanks motorists for their patience during this time.
