Shaping the future of our Libraries: Library Service Review 2026

Federation Council is committed to ensuring that our community facilities remain relevant, accessible, and efficient in a rapidly changing environment. Our libraries have always been the heart of our towns, but as technology and literacy trends evolve, so must our services.

We are conducting this Library Service Review to better understand how our current offerings align with your needs. By evaluating our operations now, we can identify opportunities to enhance our programs and ensure our libraries continue to serve as vibrant, sustainable hubs for connection and learning.

We want to discover how you currently use our branches in Corowa, Howlong and Mulwala, identify any barriers that stop you from visiting, and explore which new digital resources or programs would provide the greatest value to you and your family.
