Caravan Park Regulations
Under section 68 of the Local Government Act 1993, Caravan Parks are required to have approval to operate a Caravan Park.
As part of having an approval to operate, Council Officers Inspect all Parks located within the Federation Council area to ensure compliance with the NSW Local Government (Manufactured Home Estates, Caravan Parks, Camping Grounds and Moveable Dwellings) Regulation 2021.
Council Officers have and will continue to work with Park Owner/Operators in regards to compliance. If site holders have any concerns in relation to site compliance, we require that the site holder discuss the matter with the Caravan Park Owner/Operators.
