A central customer service system is used to lodge requests and report issues identified by residents.

To bring a Council issue to our attention, you can use one of the following methods:

If your issue is:

  • Damaged or missing Telstra equipment, i.e. Pit covers, please contact Telstra on P: 132203 or online.
  • Blown street lights or trees growing too close to power lines, please contact Essential Energy on P: 132391 or online.
