Federation Council Libraries are community spaces where you can read for pleasure, study and meet new people. 

Enjoy Books, Audio Books, DVDs, Magazines, Local newspapers, Local History and a wide range of services and events ranging from activities for children, talks by well-known authors, computer classes, workshops and much more. 

Federation Council is a member of the Riverina Regional Library and operates branches at Corowa, Howlong, Mulwala. The Riverina Regional Mobile Library regularly visits the locations of Boree Creek, Oaklands, Rand and Urana.   

Membership is free for anyone who lives in the local government areas of the Riverina Regional Library. Join the library now!

We offer an extensive range of resources and services: including access to eResources, free computer access, internet and Wi Fi, and regular programs for all ages. In addition, a range of services are available including online access, Storytime sessions, Holiday activities, Author Talks, Local and Family History and Community Programs.

Borrowing is also available via the elibrary for eBooks, eAudio and eMagazines. View great documentaries, research your project topics or even download music. All free and no fines.
