Direct Debit
Council offers weekly, fortnightly, monthly instalment and payment in full for all rate and water accounts. Please follow the link below to use this easy and secure service. You will require the eNotice reference number as detailed on any of your recent water or rates notices to register.
Setup Direct Debit Payment
Through your bank - BPay
If your financial institution offers BPay, you can use the BPay system to pay your account by telephone or internet. For more information, contact your financial institution or alternatively visit BPay website.
When making a payment using BPay, you will be required to enter the biller code and reference number. These are shown next to the BPay logo on the front of your notice.
Remember that each rates notice has a different BPay reference number, and your water notice has a different BPay reference number.
At Council
Bring your notice into any of Council’s Offices. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit card or EFTPOS.
By Post
You can send us cheques and money orders made payable to Federation Council and posted to:
PO Box 77, Corowa NSW 2646
Please allow sufficient time for delivery.
Post Billpay
Commencing 2nd October 2018, rates will be able to be paid in person at any Australia Post Office, by phoning 13 18 16 or by logging on to www.postbillpay.com.au
You will need to enter the Billpay code and reference number which is printed on your notice.
