Free Online Food Safety Training Now Available

Federation Council is committed to ensuring high standards of food hygiene within our region. We are dedicated to assisting all food businesses in meeting their obligations under the regulatory landscape, particularly with the introduction of Food Standard 3.2.2A – Food Safety Management Tools.
 
To support this, Federation Council strongly recommends that businesses ensure that all food handlers complete the Free NSW Food Authority Basic Food Handler Training. This essential training tool is designed to equip food handlers with the knowledge and skills required to ensure food is handled safely and hygienically, helping directly address the requirements of Food Standard 3.2.2A.
