Customer Service Charter

Council is committed to providing excellent customer service to all residents and visitors.  

Our Customer Service Charter outlines our responsiveness, accessibility and inclusiveness, decision making, feedback, customer care and service commitments. It is a valuable tool that, along with the organisational values, guides continuous improvement in relation to customer service. 

Note:

Development Applications, Complying Development Certificates, Construction Certificates and other post-consent approvals are not currently being processed within the Customer Service Charter timelines owing to external factors; higher than average application numbers; and resourcing issues. Council is reviewing longer term solutions to this issue but in the interim, application processing times will continue to be significantly impacted by these factors.
