Community Grants Program 2024

The Community Grants Program is an initiative aiming to empower groups to develop ideas, projects and events that can contribute to the vibrancy and connected community of Federation Council.

The Federation Council 2025/2026 Community Grants Program is set to open Monday 19 January 2026 with funds available to help local community groups, organisations and clubs to deliver a range of community projects and events. Applications will be required to be submitted via an online form that will be available from this page.

Not-for-profit groups and organizations are encouraged to apply for a share in $43,000 of funding for this year’s Community Grants Program, with individual grants of up to $5,000 now available per applicant.

Applications will close Monday 16 March, 2026.

Community groups are encouraged to register and use the Federation Council Grant Finder, a free database resource which compiles all funding opportunities applicable to our region.
