Community Grants Program Acquittal Form
In accordance with the Federation Community Grants agreement, we ask that you complete the online Acquittal Form within 12 weeks of your project's completion. This is an essential step to ensure the successful closure of your funding process.
The completion of this form may require some research to be undertaken, so it is important that you familiarise yourself with the requirements of the form prior.
It will ask the you to provide details on the outcomes of the project that were achieved as a result of the funding.
As part of the form you will be required to attach:
- Evidence of how Council’s support for the project was recognised.
- An actual income and expenditure budget for the project, and
- Photo evidence that highlights the completed project and community participation.
The form will need to be signed by your organisation’s treasurer or appropriately delegated officer or independent auditor.
Applicants who have an outstanding Acquittal Form will not be able to apply for further funding.
