We're at a pivotal point in shaping the future of Federation Council, and your voice is essential! This is Future Federation 2025-2026 is your opportunity to get involved in crucial conversations about the services, projects, and financial direction of your Council.

This May, we're inviting you to have your say on:

• Draft ‘This is Future Federation’ Delivery Program / Operational Plan and Budget 2025-2026: This is our action plan for the next year, detailing the projects, programs, and activities we'll deliver – from maintaining our roads and managing waste to supporting our libraries and community events. See how we plan to bring our community's long-term goals to life!

• Draft Long Term Financial Plan (LTFP) 2025-2035: We're looking ahead to ensure the long-term financial sustainability of our Council. This plan outlines how we'll responsibly manage our finances to continue delivering the services and projects our growing community needs.

• Draft Revenue Policy 2025-2026: Understand how Council generates the income necessary to fund these vital services and projects. This policy details our approach to rates, fees, charges, and other revenue sources.

Your input is vital in ensuring that the decisions we make reflect the priorities of our community.

Get Involved - Here's How:

• Review online & submit feedback: Review the draft plans and complete the online submission form from Wednesday, April 30th here

• Email us: Share your thoughts directly via email to: council@federationcouncil.nsw.gov.au

• Visit our offices: Pick up a feedback form from Wednesday, April 30th at any of our Council offices in Corowa, Howlong, Mulwala, and Urana.

• Mail your feedback: Send written submissions to: PO Box 77, Corowa, NSW, 2646. Submissions close at 5pm on May 29th.

• Book a one-on-one meeting: Discuss the plans with our Senior Executive team. Call (02) 6033 8999 to arrange a meeting between April 30th and May 29th.
