Community Strategic Plan

The Community Strategic Plan (CSP) is Council’s highest level plan. This identifies the community’s long-term priorities and aspirations which are used to develop the objectives and strategies in the plan. The Delivery Program, Operational Plan and Resourcing Strategy support the achievement of the CSP objectives.
