Community Grants Program 2024

The Community Grants Program is a Federation Council initiative designed to empower local groups to develop ideas, projects and events that enhance our region's vibrancy and connection.

The 2025/2026 round is now closed.

The next round of the Community Grants Program will open in the 2026/2027 financial year.

Project Acquittals

If you have successfully completed your grant funded project, you must now submit your final report. Please complete the acquittal process using the form provided below. Timely acquittal is essential to remain eligible for future funding opportunities.

We encourage all local clubs and organisations to register for the Federation Council Grant Finder.  This free, comprehensive database tracks all regional funding opportunities, ensuring you never miss a chance to support your next project.

Information for Invoicing for successful applicants

In order for Federation Council to pay your organisation any grant awarded, it is a requirement that an Invoice or Tax invoice is submitted.
