25 Year - Documentary film
To celebrate Federation Council’s long standing sister city relationship with Miki City in Japan, the filming of a documentary has been completed and we are pleased to share this with our residents.
Nomad Films Director Helen Newman visited Miki City Japan for a week, where she conducted interviews and filmed key people involved in the long-standing 25-year sister city exchange program between the two cities.
During the past 25 years, it is estimated there have been over 140 exchange students involved in the sister city program, as well as additional chaperones and dignitaries and an array of memorabilia shared between the two countries.
