Service NSW Corowa Agency Temporary Closure

We regret to inform you that the Service NSW Corowa Agency will temporarily close from Thursday, July 31, 2025, until further notice. This difficult decision is due to ongoing staffing challenges.

Over the past 12 months, Council has put significant effort into recruiting and training staff to support this service, which we operate under contract with Service NSW. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, we haven't been able to maintain the consistent staffing levels needed to keep the agency running effectively.

We understand this temporary closure will be disruptive, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience it causes.

Council is actively exploring options to ensure this valuable service can resume. We'll provide an update on the future of the Service NSW Corowa Agency as soon as we have more information.
