Submissions will be received up to 5:00pm on Wednesday 19 November, 2025. Where a submission is by way of an objection, the grounds of the objections are required to be specified in the submission. A person who makes a submission by way of an objection and who is not satisfied with the determination of the application has a right of appeal to the NSW Land and Environment Court.
